Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Dentasist, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Dentasist", "we", "us"), and you. They govern your use of the dentasist.ai website and the Dentasist platform, and they serve as the end-user license agreement for the platform. By using the website or the platform, you accept these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a dental practice, you accept them for that practice and confirm you have the authority to do so. If a practice has a signed service agreement with Dentasist, that agreement controls where the two conflict.

The service

Dentasist helps dental practices run their operations: nightly practice analytics, morning action lists for the team, patient follow-up, call answering and booking, and financial reporting. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces the service a practice pays for, the practice may end its subscription.

Accounts

Practices are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken under their accounts. Each practice controls which of its team members can access what inside Dentasist. Tell us promptly at support@dentasist.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data and authorizations

The practice owns its data. When a practice connects a system to Dentasist (its practice management software, its QuickBooks Online company, or any other integration), the practice confirms it has the right to make that connection and authorizes Dentasist to access, retrieve, and process data from that system to provide the service. We handle all such data as described in our Privacy Policy. A practice can disconnect any integration at any time from its settings, which revokes our access to that system.

Third-party services

Parts of the service rely on third parties, including Intuit (QuickBooks Online), practice management software vendors, and our scheduling and hosting providers. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit. We are not responsible for third-party services, and an outage or change on their side may affect the features that depend on them.

SMS messaging program

Dental practices using Dentasist may offer a text messaging program for appointment notifications and customer care. By providing your mobile number to a participating practice, or by texting a participating practice's number, you consent to receive text messages related to your care and appointments. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact your dental practice or support@dentasist.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Platform testing program (messages sent by Dentasist)

Dentasist LLC operates a testing program in which team members and authorized testers receive test and account-notification text messages from Dentasist. By enrolling at dentasist.ai/tester-sms-consent and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel (you will receive a final confirmation message), reply HELP for help, or contact support@dentasist.ai.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or to violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access another practice's data or probe, disable, or overload the platform.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the service to send spam.

License and intellectual property

We grant each practice a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its own operations while its subscription is active. Dentasist and its licensors own the platform, including its software, design, and branding. The practice keeps ownership of its own data. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Fees

Fees, billing, and any trial terms are set out in the practice's service agreement or order with Dentasist.

Disclaimers

Dentasist provides operational and financial information to help a practice run its business. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or clinical advice; decisions in those areas belong to the practice and its professional advisors, and financial figures should be verified against the practice's books of record. Except as stated in a signed service agreement, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dentasist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts the practice paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

A practice may stop using the service as its service agreement provides. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms that is not cured after notice. On termination we disconnect the practice's integrations, revoke integration credentials, and delete the practice's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
